Terms
These terms cover your use of Webflow Forms to HubSpot ("the service"). Last changed 25 October 2026.
What the service does
It receives submissions of the Webflow forms you pair, checks each one against the HubSpot form you chose, sends it to HubSpot, and shows you in a log what happened to it. You need your own Webflow site and HubSpot account. Their own terms apply to them.
Your part
- You are responsible for telling your visitors that their form entries go to HubSpot, and for any consent your visitors must give.
- Do not use the service to send spam or anything unlawful. We may close an account that does.
- Check your log and the emails we send. When a submission is held or failed, it is not in HubSpot until you act.
Plans and billing
- Plans and prices are on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly, in advance, by Stripe.
- Submissions over your plan's limit are held, never dropped. They are sent once your plan covers them.
- You can cancel any time on the billing page. Your paid plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan.
- We will email you before we change the price of a plan you are on.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We work to deliver every submission and to tell you when one does not arrive. We cannot control Webflow or HubSpot, and we cannot promise the service never stops. The service is provided as it is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Your data
The privacy page says what we keep and for how long. Your submissions stay yours.
Changes and ending
You can stop using the service at any time: cancel your plan, and remove the app's access in Webflow and in HubSpot. If we change these terms, we will update this page and email you about changes that matter.
